This program offers a 100% doctor loans with no PMI for Medical Doctors, Dentists, Podiatrists, Ophthalmologists and Veterinarians.
Program is applicable to primary residence home purchases with the following terms:
- 95% LTV for loan amounts between $750,000-$1,250,000
- 90% LTV for loan amounts between $1,250,001-$2,000,000
Program Includes
- Term options include 15 years fixed, 30 year fixed, 3/6, 5/6, 7/6, 10/6 and 15/6 ARMS
- Maximum loan amount $2 million
- 100% LTV allowed for loan sized up to $750,000
- Owner occupied 1-2 unit only
- No mortgage insurance
- May qualify based on the employment contract
- Minimum credit score 680 for the product, but 700+ for 100% LTV
